Just recently, the last Town Hall Meeting for the year 2016 has been held at the biggest office of Elabram Systems, where else but in Indonesia. The opening speech was done by Ms. Annie Bahwani, the international operations and finance director. Annie discussed the updates done for 2016 that includes the success and projects done. There was also a presentation of the targets for this 2017 that needs to be accomplished.

The second agenda of the event was introducing the new employees from October to December 2016. There are 7 staff from Talent Acquisition & Deployment and 2 staff form Innovation & Quality Management .

To make the event more memorable, the department made sure that the achievers will not go unnoticed. The Human Resources department announced the promoted elabramers because of their overwhelming contribution in the company for the past years. All promoted employees was asked to say something about the announcement.

Next was the celebration of the birthday celebrants from the month of October to December with cakes to make sure it feels just like exactly home.
