When I first encountered the company- Elabram Systems Group, I cant understand the solutions; Network Planning and Optimization (NPO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and Manpower Solutions Outsourcing (MPO). It gives me more idea about it after they agreed for me to join their activities which, going with the engineers to check the signals and efficiency of the cell sites in order for the consumers to have a better signal whether via mobile phones or internet connection. That’s just one of the solutions under this technology company.

What interest me more is the MSO side with the clients such as Nokia, Ericsson, ZTE, Huawei and Lazada. Supplying manpower to these international and multinational companies is easy with the help of their experience recruiters and with the credibility of the company that’s established in 1999.

Getting a job these days must be as easy as 1-2-3 with the so many platforms and accessibility. Forget that visiting every rooms in each buildings, forget that printing so many resume or CV with you, applying can be done in just less than a minute via online platforms; Websites, Mobile Apps or even Facebook groups.

3 Tips;

  1.  Don’t stop applying for jobs while you are waiting to hear back from an employer. Most job applicants are rejected by over 15 employers before landing a job.  Learn from your mistakes, and keep applying until you get the right offer.
  2. Check the website of the company to understand more about it. Most hiring managers or recruiters ask first if you have an idea about the company. It is actually a plus point if you can answer the solutions and background, it means to say that, you exerted an effort.
  3. Be confident. Don’t forget that you don’t need them but they need you. Just focus on your strength and experience and everything will fall into place.

I still believe that landing a good job with a nice and amazing position is a luck. Right timing and right place. Start being positive all the time and do not forget to upgrade your skills by attending different seminars, training or even getting a post graduate degree. Good Luck!!!
