We’re not only offering you some interesting job vacancies but also taking care of potential candidates from start to finish. To explain to you further, take a look at these recruitment phases.

  1. Sign Up

In this phase, you are required to create an account and fill out your data at https://blog.elabram.com/hris/signup. We will need some files to complete your data, such as CV and photo. You have to reach 100% progress status to proceed to the next step.

 

  1. Choose A Vacancy

Once the registration process is done, you can choose your desired vacancy. Elabram Systems has thousands of job vacancies in the database.

 

  1. Screening

Now, after filling out some form and apply, what will happen to your files? Elabram Systems team will select top candidates to be called to interview.

 

  1. Invite Candidates to Interview

In this phase, we will contact you via phone calls and e-mail to set the interview schedule. If you reach this phase, congratulations! You’re some steps closer towards your new job.

 

  1. Interview with Recruiter

The recruiter interview is the first ‘gate’ to get you towards your dream job. This phase will determine whether you’ll pass the next interview or not. Therefore, you should prepare yourself before coming to the interview. Practice your introduction and make sure you have re-read what you wrote in your CV because the interviewer will cross-check what you put in it.

 

  1. Interview with Company User

This phase is essential. Company user will decide whether you’re a fit for the job you apply and the company’s culture or not. Learn to control your nervousness so you can showcase the skills you have to the user.

 

  1. Offer Letter

After the two-phased interview passed, you need to wait for 2 weeks to give the recruitment team time to discuss your interview result.

 

  1. Start Your Career

Commonly, interviewers will ask when you can start working with them. Once you’ve agreed with the offering, they will confirm your availability to start your first day.
